RESERVATIONS

Reservation for lessons can be taken only with full payment of the lesson at least 24 hours before it.
If the reservation is not paid for we cannot guarantee the availability of your instructor.

REFUND

Classes may only be canceled within a period not less than 12 hours before the lesson. If you cancel your lesson without 12 hour anticipation this will be charged 100%.
We do not refund services not used voluntarily by the customer.
You must notify at least 24 hours in advance if you consider you will not be able to take the lesson or use the rental equipment so as to get credit on your purchase.

Duration of the lessons

the start time of the lesson is that previously arranged at the ticket counter. If you should arrive late to the class we will not be able to give you any extra time and the lesson will finish at the same time it was supposed to.

CLASS SUSPENSION BECAUSE OF CLIMATE FACTORS

Lessons will only be canceled in the case that the ski resort remains closed .In this case we return 90% of the money paid or offer you 100% of the services you bought for another day.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Upon purchasing one of our services, it is assumed that the customer is notified and accepts our terms.

RATES

Our price list is in Argentinean pesos and is subject to changes without pervious notice.
